“Chetana” is a not for profit organization sponsored by a group of organizations
    and individuals.

    The main motive behind this endeavor is to discharge our social obligations.

    There has been tremendous progress in science in the last two decades. This is
    only the beginning. There is so much more to be accomplished in the decades to
    come. And, we require immense talent and dedicated global citizens for the future.

    People, who could think differently, have a passion for what they believe in and
    wouldn't rest till they achieve their goals. And again pursue their next dream.

    The current generation of young adults and the ones to follow would definitely have
    higher levels of intelligence and capability. This is a logical conclusion based on
    theory of evolution and various world records being broken.
We did a survey on parents and the top five
reactions are as follows:
Kids lack fire in them
They are confused
They are not decisive
They succumb to peer pressures
They don’t listen to us

The major problem according to our expert panel of doctors, psychologists, spiritual gurus, corporate managers and
teachers was unanimous. Communication!

There is a communication gap that needs to be bridged. Parents with their immense love and affection for the children
are anxious and miss out on the child’s point of view.

Similarly, children have developed an impression that parents cannot understand their outlook and problems they face
today. It is true that each individual has life experiences which he/she alone can understand. Similarly, each generation
has its own set of experiences based on which their beliefs are formed.

Therefore, we decided to launch this forum to deal with issues that most young adults and their parents are facing today
and try to bridge the gap in communication and help make clear decisions.
